If you email us, we receive the email address you use and the information you choose to include in your message. We use it only to understand your request and reply to you.
What not to send
Do not include passwords, access codes, full bank-card details, or other highly sensitive information in an initial message.
Website information
This version of the site does not offer accounts or an online reporting form. If a form or another service that collects information is added later, this page will be updated before it is launched.
